It is made from black food grade silicone. Each mold makes 4 spherical 4.5 cm ice balls. It is 100% BPA free and FDA approved. The mold is also dishwasher safe.
I have been using these for my iced tea. It keeps it really cold and doesn't melt as fast as regular ice cubes. I've also used them for pop, lemonade, and Kool-aid.
